He proved that he had natural leadership skills, common sense, and led by example. He loves his family and the community he has served exemplary for years. Sherburne County would be most fortunate to have Ben representing them as their Sheriff. I am proud to call him "brother".

I have known Commander Zawacki for a large portion of my law enforcement career and have had the opportunity to work with Ben in patrol, investigations and now at the administrative level. I have seen him organize and work cases from beginning to end and to successfully hold those responsible for crime accountable.  I have personally known Ben Zawacki for over 20 years and have directly served in law enforcement with him when he worked as an officer in my county years ago. I have had the privilege of working with Ben in various roles for more than 13 years.  Throughout that time, he has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, sound judgement, and the ability to consider issues from multiple perspectives. In every position he has held within the Sherburne County Sheriff's Office, Ben has conducted himself with the highest level of professionalism. His approachable nature, steady demeanor, integrity, and genuine kindness make him and outstanding candidate to lead the Sheriff's Office. As a 30-year law enforcement professional and 16-year resident of Sherburne County I have had the

privilege and honor to serve with Sherburne County Sheriff candidate Ben Zawacki. As a Commander for the City of St. Cloud Police Department we rely on our county law enforcement professionals in times of crisis and have had to personally make multiple emergency communications to Ben directly for

I've worked closely with Commander Ben Zawacki for many years on major technology initiatives that have strengthened the systems our staff depend on every day. His insight, steady leadership, and ability to understand both the technical and practical sides of modernization have made him an invaluable partner in improving how the county operates. Ben also spearheaded the rollout of a smartphone-based emergency alert and communication platform for county facilities and schools, giving staff rapid, individualized reporting tools for medical emergencies, fires, and active-shooter situations. His commitment to a meaningful, safety-driven innovation is exactly the kind of leadership that will serve this community well. I fully support his candidacy for Sheriff.
